ILLIA YEFIMCHYK POPULARLY KNOWN AS "GOLEM" GONE AT 36

Illia Yefimchyk, known as "Golem" and "The Mutant," tragically passed away at age 36


After suffering a heart attack on September 6, 2024. The Belarusian bodybuilder, famed for his massive 340-pound frame and 25-inch biceps, experienced the heart attack at home. Despite his wife Anna's efforts, including chest compressions and being airlifted to the hospital, Yefimchyk fell into a coma and was pronounced dead five days later.



Yefimchyk was widely regarded as one of the most imposing figures in the bodybuilding world, although he never competed professionally. His extreme lifestyle, which included consuming over 16,000 calories daily (with meals consisting of items like 100+ pieces of sushi and 5 pounds of steak), earned him over 300,000 followers on social media.





His weightlifting accomplishments included a 600-pound bench press and a 700-pound deadlift. His passing has left a significant mark on the bodybuilding community, with many offering condolences and support to his grieving wife
